Meet Stephanie Hind
Stephanie Hind has spent more than 13 years at the intersection of creators, platforms, brands, and internet culture.
Across TikTok and Patreon, the work was never just about getting creators into a campaign. It was about helping them grow. She has worked with creators, publishers, public figures, platforms, and brands to build partnerships, launch programs, shape strategy, and create opportunities designed to work for everyone involved.
Her approach has always been rooted in the same things: strategic direction, white-glove service, cultural understanding, and knowing when to get out of the creator’s way.
Because after 13+ years in the creator economy, one thing is pretty clear. The best creator strategy starts with understanding who you’re serving.

About Proudly Serving
Start a ConversationKnow who you’re serving
Understand what they care about. Pay attention to what they’re telling you. Create something worth showing up for. And give them a reason to come back.
That philosophy shaped Stephanie’s work with creators for more than a decade. Now it shapes how Proudly Serving works with businesses.
We help brands, founders, investors, and creator-led companies understand where creators, community, and culture can create real business value. Sometimes that means building a creator strategy from scratch. Sometimes it’s fixing a partnership model that isn’t working. Sometimes it’s helping a leadership team understand what the internet is trying to tell them.
And sometimes it’s simply being the experienced person in the room who knows which questions to ask.
We don’t believe in creator strategy for creator strategy’s sake. We believe in building things that work for the business, work for the creator, and give people a reason to care. Because the best businesses don’t just get people through the door.
House Rules
A few things we believe- 01Creator strategy isn’t influencer marketing.
- 02Audience isn’t community.
- 03A creator list isn’t a strategy.
- 04Partnerships should create value on both sides.
- 05Fandom is one of the most powerful forces in business.
- 06Internet culture is business strategy.
- 07You can’t manufacture trust.
- 08And you definitely can’t spreadsheet your way into culture.
